Join me for my first Yoga Brunch in Heswall! 
 
The event is being held at & Friends, upstairs in the event space. Address 182 Telegraph Rd, Heswall, Wirral CH60 0AJ. Some parking on the roads is free on a sunday in heswall, or there is a car park by aldi. 
 
We will begin with some gentle breathwork then move into a beginners friendly yoga flow and complete with a guided relaxation meditation. 
 
Once our practise is complete I will set up the room for a light brunch! 
 
Brunch will include Pastry, Fruit, Juices and a Hot Drink delievery from SIP coffee (they sell Chai, Matcha, Hot Choc and Tea's too! So you can select your favourite) 
 
For this first event tickets are at an introductory price offer of £25,
